EXPERIMENT-Feaky Goo!
The children are always amazed to learn that their Freaky Goo is a common food thickener which is sometimes used in the making of ice cream and lollies. While their goo is in their beakers, the kids will mix in food colouring and then carefully pour the goo into a small funnel into a squeeze bottle. Once their bottles are full and the lids are on, they then get to see the magic that happens when they squeeze their goo into a calcium solution. This chemical reaction is amazing as instant rubbery worms are made. Later we get more creative by creating colourful "goo" balls that form into a small solid ball.
